Discount Tire

Employee named Sienna was amazing. I made an error paid and booked tires for install at this location but intended for another. She made the process easy, coordinated with the other location to have the work done at that location to save me from having to pick up my car and drive to another location. Appreciate the willingness to help when I was the one that made the error. Great customer service!

Caleb, Ben, and Mathus were great! An unexpected screw in my tire when it's 115 out is not a great time. Polite, personable, and walked through the important information more than once to make sure I understood my options and the pros and cons. I was also done BEFORE the estimated time. When the service was almost done, Caleb took time to show me something he found that another tire shop had done incorrectly (and was a huge safety issue). During that situation he was professional and helpful. Even though it would have been easy to talk smack about the other shop and try to gloat, no one did. Which is refreshing. I think I found out new go to tire shop!

I had an excellent experience at this Discount Tire! The team was incredibly fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Big shout out to Sienna for being honest and caring about my experience. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how welcoming and efficient her and everyone on the team was. It’s hard to find customer service this good these days. I’ll definitely continue coming to this location for all my tire needs. Highly recommend!

I had a frustrating experience at a different location about a year prior and had decided I was done giving discount my business, But then I had an issue on one of our work trucks and my business partners wanted to stick with discount. I decided to just go with it and give them another shot. I ended up having a similar experience. 1. I told them I needed the "service tire monitor system" light fixed and after new tires it still is on. 2. I was told an amount of time for the service and it took more than triple the time and was told they can't use the open bays because they don't have enough employees. 3. I was told they would call me for the special tire they needed to source for my spare if I was to get the other tires that day. It's been about a month and still no call. Not sure how long I should wait. Discount used to be the best at customer service! It's sad but to me it feels like they have shifted to profitability and volume over quality of service. Maybe just my luck but seams like things have really shifted with them. 2 similar feeling experiences at two different locations.

I had a really great experience here! I initially just came in to get my low tire looked at, but Michael told me about the deals they were having - and I needed some new tires anyway. I drove off with a brand new set within an hour of my appointment. The whole team here really knows what they’re doing and they love doing it! Thanks again!
